Stop e‑mailing back and forth about when.

Cal.com gives you a personal booking page. Send people the link, they pick a time that actually works, and the meeting drops straight into your calendar. No phone tag. No “does Tuesday work for you?” No double bookings.

  • Your own address: old.cal.com/yourname
  • Reads your real calendar, so it never offers a time you can’t make
  • Automatic e‑mail confirmations & time zone detection

How it worksThree steps, no manual required

1. Set your hours

Tell Cal.com when you're around — say Mon–Fri, 9 to 5, no Fridays after lunch. We'll never offer a time you can't make.

2. Share your link

Put old.cal.com/yourname in your e‑mail signature, on your business card, in your Twitter bio — anywhere.

3. Get booked

They pick a slot, everybody gets a confirmation e‑mail with an .ics attachment, and it's on your calendar. Done.

Average set‑up time, according to a survey we did not run: 1 minute 51 seconds.
